How work is priced Tires Priced per tire by size, brand and load rating. The quote lists each tire before you approve it. Installation Mounting, balancing, valve stems and disposal of old tires, itemized per tire. Mechanical service Quoted per job: parts at the quoted price plus labor. Additional work found during the job is quoted and approved by you before we do it. Taxes and fees Sales tax and any state tire fees are charged where required by law and shown as separate lines. When payment is due Retail work Due when you pick up the vehicle. Fleet, contractor and farm accounts Approved accounts are invoiced per job, referencing your PO or unit number, with Net 30 terms. Special-order tires Large, agricultural and specialty sizes ordered for you may require a deposit when the order is placed, applied to the final invoice. Effective August 22, 2026 These terms apply to tires, parts and services sold by RBS Automotive LLC ("RBS Automotive", "we", "us"), 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Quotes and approval Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and state fees unless the quote says they are included. Work begins when you approve the quote. If we find additional work is needed, we quote it and wait for your approval before doing it. Tires and parts Tires are fitted to the size, load and speed ratings specified for your vehicle or equipment. We may decline to install a tire or repair a tire that we judge unsafe. Replaced parts and old tires are disposed of unless you ask to keep them before the work starts. Payment Retail work is due when the vehicle is picked up. Approved fleet, contractor and farm accounts are invoiced per job with Net 30 terms. Accepted methods: card, ACH debit, bank transfer and check. Invoices unpaid 30 days after the due date may be charged interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, and we may place an account on hold until it is current. Charges appear on statements as RBS AUTOMOTIVE LLC. Warranty New tires carry their manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim. Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service against defects in workmanship. Parts supplied by us are warranted for 90 days or the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is longer. Warranty does not cover road hazards, misuse, overloading, improper inflation or normal wear. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a sale or service is limited to the amount paid for that sale or service. Effective August 22, 2026 Unmounted tires and parts New tires and parts from stock that have not been mounted, installed or driven on may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the invoice, for a refund to the original payment method. Mounted tires Tires that have been mounted or driven on are not returnable. Defects in materials or workmanship are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, and we help you make the claim. Special orders A special order may be cancelled for a full refund of any deposit until we place it with the supplier. Once ordered, special-order tires are not returnable unless they arrive defective or are not what was ordered. Completed service Labor that has been performed is not refundable. If a repair does not hold within the 90-day labor warranty, we will correct it at no charge for labor. Refund timing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card refunds typically appear in 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank. ACH and bank transfer refunds are returned to the originating account. Effective August 22, 2026 What we collect When you request tires or service, open an account or receive an invoice we collect your contact details (name, company, phone, email and billing address), details about your vehicle or equipment, and the payment information needed to process your payment. How we use it We use this information to quote and perform work, issue invoices, process payments, respond to questions and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer information and we do not send marketing email without your consent. Payments Online payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Card and bank details entered on the payment page go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Sharing We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, email, accounting, tire manufacturers for warranty claims), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Cookies and analytics This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
